Improvemed used Pylon CRM, but it was lacking in functionality eesential for the company. Furthermore, the app needed to work offline and to be easily synced with data from their ERP.

We created a custom, tailor made CRM with the use of Microsoft Power Apps. It had all the functionality that Improvemed needed, plus the ability to work offline, a crucial need for the companys' sales team. The data are stored locally, until the device goes back online.
