PARKOTECHNIKI is a dynamic and constantly growing Greek company, manufacturing playground equipment and urban equipment. Its headquarters are located in VI.PE. Neas Santas, Kilkis, with facilities also in Kilkis, Thessaloniki, Athens and Serbia.
The company, a pioneer in the field of playground design and construction, provides a wide variety of products and services, in playground equipment and urban regeneration.
The Case
The company's field employees used to write on paper the visits & information regarding projects they were working on. Then, upon arrival on company headquarters, needed to input all the data they collected in their ERP.
We Made
We developed a mobile friendly app using Microsoft Power Apps, that allows their employees to log in to their accounts, input visits and actions taken for each project, they are working on, and keep track of their progress. All data are communicated bidirectional to their ERP.
This allowed the company to use a single app for all their needs and cut the time the employees spent on transfering data from paper by two hours everyday.
