Santel
Santel is one of the most established companies in the telecommunications industry in Greece. With over 40 years of expertise in the field, since its founding year in 1975, they are dedicated to excellent customer service, offering high-level telecommunications services and solutions for every business, professional and individual.
The Case
Santel use Yetiforce for their CRM, and used excel sheets to record custom sales data that Yetiforce did not have. They then combined data exported from the CRM app & the excel sheets in order to have a coherent report on their KPIs.
We Made
Using API, we get data from Yetifoce, which we then combine with data from the excel sheets used to track custom KPIs in order to preserve the company's historical data.
We then created new custom views in Microsoft Power BI, allowing the management team to monitor their data conveniently from a single app.
